User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order

• You are responsible for checking product details, sizing, and descriptions before confirming your purchase

• Amber Hand Embroidery is not responsible for delays or issues caused due to incorrect contact or address details provided by the customer

Products & Craftsmanship

• All products are hand embroidered and made-to-order

• Minor variations in color, embroidery, or design are natural and part of the handmade process

• Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings

Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• All our outfits are crafted specially for you

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable on custom or made-to-order products

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled at any stage Significant time and effort are invested immediately after order confirmation, including design planning, material sourcing, and embroidery preparation.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items

• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product

• Refunds, if approved, are issued only as store credit

• Cash refunds are not provided

Shipping

• We currently deliver within India only

• Dispatch timelines for made-to-order products are 15–20 working days
