How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Since all our pieces are hand embroidered and made to order as per your size and colour preference, it takes 10-15 days to craft your outfit. Once ready, delivery takes 5-7working days, depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All our outfits are custom-made, tailored to your size and colour, and prepared exclusively for you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed and production has begun, cancellation will not be possible.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We only offer exchange in case of a damaged or incorrect product. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with clear images.
